2025-05-02: I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was excellent, very flavorful and authentic. The salt and pepper shrimp didn't even make it home they were so good! There was a misunderstanding with my order that caused some confusion on my part, but the owner personally reached out to clarify and resolve it. It's rare to see that level of passion and care.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by beautiful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We started our meal with the Sashimi Beef, and I must say, the sauce was simply amazing—perfectly complementing the tender beef. The Salt and Pepper Tofu had great flavor and a delightful crunch. The Deluxe Tonkinese Soup was a highlight, featuring a delicious broth that was rich and comforting. We also enjoyed the Sauteed Chicken with Lemongrass, which came in a generous portion that was both filling and satisfying. To top it all off, the service was very sweet and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

Quiet little spot with the kindest waitress! The prices may look a bit steeper than other vietnamese places but it’s because the portions are HUGE They definitely don’t scale back on the quantity!

Was craving a juicy pork chop and found this cute little restaurant in the area. Very clean, very family-friendly, and good portions too. The waitress was very polite and recommended their special spring roll which I also enjoyed. 5/5 will come again

Great Vietnamese food and amazing service by the sweetest people. 100% recommend. GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls and the Fried Calamari. The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste and can pair with any protein. Grilled beef was amazing as well! Don’t forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu and I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.

If I could give it six stars today!!! Without a doubt, this was the best dining experience my husband and I had here in Montreal. The atmosphere is incredible and welcoming, perfect for families, couples, or friends who like a quieter atmosphere. The food is wonderful. It was the first time I ate Vietnamese food, we ordered the house combo and the fried calamari, they were delicious. They serve it calmly, it's not a place to go in a hurry, each dish is very well presented. We were very well served. The decor is charming in itself. Even the women's bathroom is lovely!!! We will certainly go back more often to try the other dishes. You can bring your own wine, a plus for those who enjoy wine. Seriously, if you live in Montreal, go check out this restaurant, I guarantee you won't regret it.

We came from Ottawa just to eat in Montreal. Excellent food, affordable price. Nice spacious restaurant with comfortable seating arrangements. Generous portion size. The rare beef salad with lime juice was very tasty and refreshing. The grill was perfectly cooked and flavourful. Will go back again.
